Who We Are

We have served the Greater Waterbury Area for 25 years and are happy to have grown into one of the largest practices in the area. We maintain a relaxed atmosphere, doing our best to make the dental experience more pleasurable for our patients. We are pleased to offer the majority of dental services to our patients. Should the need arise to bring in a specialist for the benefit of our patients, we have access to some of the finest specialists in the state, offering high level oral and periodontal surgery, orthodontics and root canal therapy. Above all, we strive to treat our patients as if they were family, treating them as we would wish to be treated. This might be as simple as being prompt for our appointments, reminding you of your dental visit, or pursuing an insurance carrier to make sure you receive the benefits that are coming to you. Our goal is to keep you in the "family" once you've made our acquaintance. We look forward to serving you and your family's dental needs.

Dr. Martin B. Goldstein

Dr. Goldstein, a 1973 University of Connecticut undergraduate, received his dental education at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in Farmington. He received post-graduate training at Waterbury Hospital and has been practicing dentistry in the Waterbury area since 1977. While well versed in all phases of general dentistry, he takes a special interest in those areas of dentistry involving cosmetics. Dr. Goldstein is a contributing editor to Dentistry Today, an international dental periodical and has been featured in a variety US dental journals as well as periodicals in Great Britain, Australia and Canada.

In addition to practicing dentistry, Dr. Goldstein maintains an active lecture schedule, addressing dentists both in the US and abroad, and is considered to be an expert on the use of digital photography as it relates to dentistry. He is also co-founder of Comfort Zone Cosmetics, a "hands on" seminar series conducted in Newton, Massachusetts, designed to teach other dentists the latest in cosmetic dental techniques.

Dr. Chris A. Boscarino

Dr. Boscarino is a 1975 graduate of the University of Buffalo where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology, with honors. He completed his dental education at Buffalo’s School of Dental Surgery. In 1979 he founded what is now known as Dental Health Associates, PC.

Dr. Boscarino has continued his post-graduate education with an emphasis in cosmetics, dental implants and oral rehabilitation. His most recent training is in the cosmetic field of Lumineer veneers, a procedure that is revolutionizing the delivery of beautiful smiles with little or no tooth preparation.

Dr.Boscarino is an avid golfer and serves on the Board of Governors for the Watertown Golf Club. He is a Wolcott resident and an active supporter of the local civic community.

Dr. David Samson

Dr. Samson grew up in Farmington, CT where he now makes his home. He completed his undergraduate education at Vanderbilt University in Nashville,TN. Dr. Samson attended dental school at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. Dr. Samson is well trained in all aspects of general dentistry as well as children’s dentistry.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Samson enjoys racing sailboats and is an avid musician. Dr. Samson is currently accepting new patients.

Donna Polletta, Office Manager

New patients are usually greeted and appointed by the golden voice of Donna Polletta, our office manager. Donna takes great pleasure in welcoming new patients to our practice. She's the "go to" person when it comes to ironing out any wrinkles in the everyday rigors of managing a dental practice. Having managed our practice for twelve years, Donna knows well how to make our patients feel right at home.
